Navigating the Future of Cybersecurity:
The key to NIS 2 is Risk Management

On Demand I 90min I Recorded October 2023

In this webinar we discuss the new NIS 2 Directive and discover why taking a risk-based approach to cybersecurity is crucial for businesses today.

With technology playing an increasingly important role in our daily lives, the risks associated with the digital world are becoming more complex and challenging to manage. The NIS 2 Directive, introduced by the European Union, aims to enhance cybersecurity resilience across the EU by setting a minimum baseline of requirements for society’s most critical organisations.

As a business, minimising your exposure to cyber threats and embracing a proactive approach to cybersecurity is essential. By implementing a risk-based approach, you can gain a thorough understanding of the risks your organisation faces and prioritise them effectively, helping you to prepare for the future of cybersecurity and protect your business from potential threats.

With just one year until all affected entities must comply with the Directive, now is the time to act.

Experts from Implement Consulting Group and Trend Micro dive into NIS 2 and risk management, explaining what it means for your organisation and how you can take the first steps towards becoming a more resilient organisation.

Meet the presenters

Aline Harmand
Trend Micro

After starting my career as a server specialist, then becoming infrastructure specialist before moving to the cloud, I am now helping making the world safe for exchanging digital information. My career has followed a similar journey to the one most organizations have started.

I am passionate about the evolution of the threat landscape and all threat protection solutions that help defeat cybercriminals. But I also think that defence shouldn’t be reactive only. A comprehensive visibility of the attack surface is key to understand and mitigate the cybersecurity risks and build the proactive defence that will increase the cost of attacking for the criminals. As Vision One evangelist at Trend Micro, I am today supporting organizations to realize the full benefits of their XDR and Attack Surface Risk Management platforms.
