How do I obtain my Worry-Free XDR license?
Upon joining the MSP program, your company will be provided with access to the Trend Micro MSP Platform, from which you will be able to provision your NFR license. You can find more information on creating NFR service plans here

Is there a separate agreement required for the SOC-as-a-S evaluation?
Yes, due to privacy and other compliance related issues, a separate agreement will be required. This agreement details the parameters of the SOC-as-a-S offering.

What pre-requisites should I be aware of related to the SOC-as-a-S evaluation?
  1. There are separate terms and conditions that must be endorsed 
  2. It is recommended that sensors for both email and endpoints be enabled in order to maximize participation. At a minimum, the endpoint sensors must be enabled.
When does the 30-day evaluation period start for the SOC-as-a-S offering?
The start of the 30-days happens after the “On-boarding” meeting with Trend Micro’s SOC team.

When does the Worry-Free XDR NFR expire?
It does not, as a Trend Micro MSP partner your company is entitled to a free 75 user NFR. This NFR service plan does not expire.

What happens after the 30-day SOC-as-a-S evaluation?
The Trend Micro XDR service team will no longer proactively provide any of the services rendered under the evaluation. No action will need to be taken on your side. You may continue to protect your house leveraging the Worry-Free XDR NFR license provided. Your feedback would be welcome and greatly appreciated.

Can I apply the Worry-Free XDR NFR to one of my customers?
No, this license should only be used by your company and employees

Can one of my customers evaluate the SOC-as-a-S solution?
This promotion is limited to our MSP partners. But we would love to have a further discussion about extending this service to your entire customer base and creating a new MRR stream for you at the same time. The SOC-as-a-S offering is designed for MSPs looking to augment their existing staff with security expertise.
